Story Deletion – Archeron Chronicles

Hey, it’s me again, the few people who know this place exists. Well, that’d be my fault for that. Anyway, as for why I’ve been absent these past few months… lack of interest would be an accurate answer. So would schoolwork, anime, studying for finals, and actually going outside to try and get a life. I know, they’re wonderful reasons, but oh well.

Anyway, this new post is for the wonderful thing known as the deletion of a story. Hold your horses there, I’m not deleting Accelerated Blades. That one is my most, and pretty much my only, successful story to date. Of course, since it’s a fanfiction of two stories that I made a point of really paying attention to, coupled with my growing ability as a writer and editor, there’s been absolutely no reason for it to not turn out good. Just let me keep that little bit of pride for myself ‘kay?

What I’m deleting is Archeron Chronicles. The short reason, it’s a terrible first story filled with the crappy writing from my freshman year in high school. Of course, checking fanfiction.net shows that they were posted around the same time. That right there’s a lie. The story was originally deleted by me once before and added again after Accelerated Blades became a bit popular under the belief that I could make it better. Of course, I did, but it’s still not where I wanted it to be in my eyes.

The long reason for Archeron Chronicles deletion is… essentially the same thing, but with more details that I don’t care to get into.

Anyway, this time, it’s going down for good. Maybe I’ll attempt a similar Pokemon story at a later date. However, it will be a bit different from how Archeron Chronicles is portrayed. To those who were somewhat interested in the story, I apologize. To those who were never interested in it to begin with. Please ignore this post. And for those who never knew of the existence of Archeron Chronicles… you can skip this post too.

I’ll post again later, as I now have some free time. Maybe I’ll finally upload that original fiction story I’ve been meaning to do for a while… *mumbles incomprehensibly*

So, HAPPY NEW YEAR (Belated)!!! Yeah, it’s almost the end of January, but I’ve been a bit busy. Anyway, my cancer treatment (for those who know about it from me ranting about it on fanfiction.net) is over!!! It ended on the 31st of December, so I got to start the New Year cancer free!!!

Now, despite that, recovering from radiation sucks in addition to more school work, some midterms, birthdays, and my second go at the SATs on Saturday (It’s because my writing sucked with a 490. My Math was 690 and Reading was 610 so I did good with those) I haven’t really had much time to update anything really. Despite that, I have now finished the update of Chapter 6 and the completion of Chapter 7 for Accelerated Blades and I will soon be posting Chapters 8, 9, and hopefully 10 as well.

Okay, I know I said I’d post the Rex Omnium Chapter after the last two Accelerated Blades chapters, but I’m getting annoyed with the editing process of the prologue right now since it was one of the worst chapters I had written in my time on FFN. So for now, I’m skipping Rex Omnium releases and am going to release the chapters of the stories I have already edited.

For this chapter, I edited it so the reason why certain things happened, which were explained a bit in the next chapter, could be focused on a bit more in this one. Anyway, without further ado, here’s Chapter 4 of Accelerated Blades.

First FanFic Title: Accelerated Blades

Well, I’ve posted the revised first chapter of one of my fanfiction called, as the title so kindly states, Accelerated Blades. Now, considering it’s my most popular story in the history of forever, I’m sure most of the people who check out this blog from the link I posted on fanfiction.net will recognize this one compared to my other, more obscure works. Hence why I decided to make this one the first to be put on this blog.

Well, for anybody who happened to find this blog and have no idea what I’m talking about, Accelerated Blades is a Sword Art Online and Accel World crossover. The starting point is just before the Alicization Arc starts for Sword Art Online, the beginning of SAO Volume 10, and after the ending of the Accel World anime, or Volume 4 of the light novels if you happened to read them before they got taken down. The concept is that the story is a sequel of sorts to Versus, the official crossover between both series by their author, Reki Kawahara. While baka-tsuki has taken down the chapter due to both SAO and Accel world being licensed in North America, if you search the internet you can still find summaries of what happened or the actual chapter itself.

First Post

Well, here’s my first post for my new blog!

Now, to make things clear right from the start, this blog will be a place where I post my writing, be it original fiction or fan fiction. For the stories I have already uploaded to fanfiction.net and fictionpress.com (although there’s really nothing over at Fiction Press right now) under the username DragonKing0117, I’ll be posting them here as well. Since all those chapters need a good editing anyway, the non-edited chapters will be posted first, where they will be edited. Once that’s done, the newly edited chapters will be uploaded to replace the unedited ones on Fan Fiction and Fiction Press.

For those first pages, I’ll ask that you please leave them alone unless you are pointing out minor edits. Once I start posting pages for newer pages feel free to comment as you like whether it’s a review, an edit, or just random information (I’ll still ask you to hold back a bit on that one).
